Mr. Raj Patni, is a highly experienced and accomplished chartered accountant and Insolvency
professional with over 18 years of diversified experience in debt syndication, project finance and
Financial Planning & Debt structuring. He has a strong understanding of various Debt solutions and an
extensive network of relationships with public sector banks. He is known for his ability to develop
innovative and customized financial solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of his
clients. He works closely with clients to understand their business objectives, financial constraints, and
risk tolerance, and then develops strategies that maximize value and minimize risk.
He is the co-architect of the company’s growth story, possessing excellent financial skills. He has been
instrumental in crafting synergistic relationships, both with banks as well as clients. He believes in open
communication and setting clear client’s expectations at the same time. In addition to his professional
commitments, he is a member of Jain International Trade Organization (JITO). He actively participates
